Given the complex nature of dentistry and each patient's individual needs and wants for their smile, we need to discuss patients' options for treatment and cost in person.
Evergreen Dental Care does not work directly with insurance providers because we do not want to restrict patients' options. We are, however, happy to submit patient claims to their insurance for reimbursement.
